Pork Knuckles in Ginger Vinegar Stew - 豬脚薑醋

After giving birth to our first daughter, I asked my mom to make me some traditional Chinese foods to help with my post partum recovery. One of my favorite dishes was this - pork knuckles in ginger vinegar stew. It’s very warming and soothing to the body. The pork knuckles provide collagen, ginger, warmth and egg for protein.
